1. Who we are

Still Here is operated by , a company registered in England and Wales (company number ), registered address . Contact: .

2. What Still Here is, and is not

Still Here is an AI-powered grief support companion. It is research-informed general support and psychoeducation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or a diagnostic service, it is not a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for any of these. Content produced by Still Here is generated by artificial intelligence and may be imperfect. If you are in crisis, contact the emergency services or a crisis helpline; the app surfaces verified helplines and a permanent Get human help option, but you should not rely on any app in an emergency.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Still Here. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

4. Your account

Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent its safety systems, using it to harm others, or attempting to access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are described on the pricing page and billed by our payment provider as merchant of record. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; cancellation is one click in Settings and takes effect at the end of the paid period. The 90-day pass does not renew. Your statutory cancellation rights are described in the Refunds and Cancellation policy.

7. Service changes and availability

We may change or improve the service, and we aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Safety systems fail closed: if the safety check cannot run, conversation is paused rather than continued unchecked.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, the service is provided with reasonable care and skill, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

Still Here is an AI. Research-informed, but not a therapist or a substitute for one.
